Jacques Bermon Webster I, born April 30th, 1990 more commonly known as Travis Scott (formerly Travi$ Scott), is a popular American rapper and singer. The stage name is the name of a beloved uncle, with the initials and first name (of Kid Cudi), of his main inspiration, Travis Scott. Scott signed his first major label deal with Epic Records in 2012, as well as a publishing contract with Kanye West's GOOD Music. In April 2013, he signed joint recording agreements with Epic and T.I. He's signed to Epic as well as T.I.'s Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's debut album Owl Pharaoh was self-released on his own in 2013. It was followed with a second mixtape, Days Before Rodeo, in 2014. Rodeo (2015) Rodeo (2015), his debut album on the studio included the hit song "Antidote". His follow-up album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016), became his first number one album on the Billboard 200. Scott's second album, Birds in the Trap: Sing McKnight (2016), was made in collaboration with Quavo. It was titled Huncho Jack Huncho and included his debut Billboard Hot 100 single, "Sicko Mode" which featured Drake. Scott's album JackBoys was released in late 2019 on Cactus Jack Records. It made it to the top of the Billboard 200. After the debut of his hit single "Franchise" (featuring Young Thug and M.I.A.) Scott became the Hot 100's first artist to have three singles reach number 1 in less that a year in 2020.
