Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook, born on October 4 1979 was an American actress. She has starred as a baby-sitter in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (99) as well as Josie and the Pussycats (192001). She has also appeared in the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart is her voice as well as Robot Chicken's and She's All That (1999), respectively. The series was launched with the English version for Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Cook was born in Minneapolis (Minnesota), the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook and JoAnn Cook, who both are comedians as well as social worker. Cook is an Italian-born.
